A huge well done to those who attended our first course of Cardio Core classes. The sessions are a great compliment to Pilates and provide you with an important component of fitness. We are already full booked for the next block.
For those of you who fancy trying Barre pilates, I am running a class at 7pm Friday 18th May at Gillies dance studio in Chorley town centre. Continued Professional Development
I am looking forward to attending a Pilates weekend with Cherry Baker and her team next month. We will be practicing and learning about all the latest information on Pilates teaching practices in both mathwork and reformer. I am hoping to return with lots more knowledge to pass on to you all.

Congratulations to Lisa Bellingham -Thompson
I could write a book on why Lisa should get this award. I taught Lisa in class before she went over to Russia to have treatment for MS.
We have been working together at the clinic on a 1:1 basis to assist in Lisa’s rehabilitation programme.
Lisa is such a positive and hard working client. Her progress has been recognised by the whole team working with her.
A truly inspirational lady.
