Last month seemed to fly by, so here is a quick snap shot.
I really enjoyed the Biomechanics education cadaver course held at Nottingham university. It really opened my eyes as to how complex and truly amazing our bodies are.
On Sunday 30th April, we held our Wellbeing escape at Shaw Hill. During the day, we enjoyed Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes in the beautiful surrounding of Shaw Hill. A nutritious lunch was served, followed by a refreshing swim and relax in the spa. A great day in great company.
