Class Timetable

To register your interest for any of my Modern Pilates classes, please send your enquiry via the contact page. 

My Pilates classes are taught in a setting of 10 - 12 people, to give you the best possible tuition. Classes are suitable for those who have already completed a Beginners Pilates course with me.  

Next courses start week beginning - Monday 18th October 21

You will need to bring your own sanitised mat, head support, pilates ball and resistance bands. All other equipment will be provided and will be sanitised pre and post class. 

Classes are delivered in a COVID secure venue and will be compliant with all government guidelines in relation to social distancing.

Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely and bring water to drink. 

Where classes are shown as fully booked, please contact us to put your name on the waiting list. 

Pilates Community Classes - £42.00 per 6 week course.

Cancellation And Missed Classes Policy

Before signing up to my classes, please ensure that you are happy with my missed classes policy, prior to booking your place. 

All Pilates courses are payable in full prior to the first session.

To feel the full benefits of Pilates, it is recommended that you attend all of your sessions.

It is your responsibility to attend the classes that you have signed up for.

Should you miss any sessions, there will not be a refund or opportunity to make up the classes. 

This policy remains the same in the event of you having to self isolate due to COVID. 

 In the unlikely event of a session being cancelled, you will be refunded for that session.

Absolute Beginners Pilates Course

This online course is a progressive programme designed to teach you the basic principles of Pilates. Once you have completed this progressive 4 week course, you will with have the knowledge and skills to move to an intermediate level class.

For those who are new to Pilates, I recommend attending either 1:1 Pilates Clinic, or completing my online Beginners Pilates Course. This will teach you all the basic principles of Pilates and give you the confidence to progress into a class setting, when you are ready.
