Hi All, 

I hope you are all enjoying your Pilates and reformer sessions. You are all making great progress. 

A huge well done to those who attended our first course of Cardio Core classes. The sessions are a great compliment to Pilates and provide you with an important component of fitness. We are already full booked for the next block. 

For those of you who fancy trying Barre pilates, I am running a class at 7pm Friday 18th May at Gillies dance studio in Chorley town centre. We will be doing all the barre moves to classic disco tracks. Great fun, great workout. Please visit the classes page on the website for more details on how to book your place. 


Continued Professional Development 

I am looking forward to attending a Pilates weekend with Cherry Baker and her team next month. We will be practicing and learning about all the latest information on Pilates teaching practices in both mathwork and reformer. I am hoping to return with lots more knowledge to pass on to you all. 


Time to Retreat - Mallorca Pilates Retreat.

Friday 12th - Monday 15th October 2018

If you are craving a bit of ME time, why not join us on our Pilates retreat in Mallorca this year. The perfect location for a luxury Pilates weekend.

We are taking a week off at Easter and all the new courses start again on week beginning Monday 9th April. Don’t forget to do your homework, all those little bits of extra practice really help…. consistency is the key. 


High Flyer Of the Month - April 2018 

Congratulations to Kay Fletcher. 

For years Kay has suffered with lower back pain. Over the past12 months she been doing two classes per week and the results speak for themsleves. Kay is stronger, fitter and has very little pain. 

A great team member and a shining example of what can be achieved. Well done Kay!
