Happy new year! I hope you are all glad to be back on the mat.
In true January style, the classes, reformer and 1:1 studio sessions are pretty much fully booked. It is great to see so many of you making Pilates part of your lifestyle.
We kick started 2018 in good style with our Mind & Movement Retreat Day at Shaw Hill.
It was a great day of Nordic walking, Pilates, Stretch and Meditation. We enjoyed a nutritious lunch and time in the spa area. It was nice to see everyone on such a beautiful, fresh January day. The perfect setting for some ME time.
This is our new monthly class. An hour session each month to give a cardiovascular and core body workout. We are booked up until March, but if you fancy signing up for the next block of sessions, do get in touch.
Time To Retreat?
Do you fancy some time out for yourself in 2018? We have just announced our weekend retreat for 2018. There are limited places on all of our retreats, to ensure that you get the best possible level of service. Come on your own or with a friend, this is time for you to focus on YOU!
What better way to escape the dark nights of winter that to head off for some Spanish sunshine. This year we are going to Mallorca for a long weekend of Pilates on the beach, meditation, relaxation in the spa, cycling, paddleboard Pilates, walking and lots in between. Just perfect!
I have a list of those who have already expressed an interest in the retreats. If you are thinking of joining us this year, do let me know and then I have a clear idea on numbers.

On the education front, I am looking forward to another year of continued professional development. The diary is starting to fill up with courses and workshops with some of the best educators in the business. In a fast moving industry it is so important to keep up with all the latest research. The body is a fascinating thing!
