Welcome to our final newsletter of 2019.
It really has been an action packed year and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all so much for your commitment to your health and wellbeing. Your progress is phenomenal and you continue to be an absolute pleasure to teach.
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend of sunshine in Mallorca. From Sunrise Pilates, Meditation and Paddleboard Yoga..... not to mention the Santa Ponsa 6000 steps walk.
Great company and great times! Bookings for next year are now being taken.... first come, first served.

I was honoured to reach the finals of the Bolton Health and Wellbeing Awards. Congratulations to the deserving winners ; JH Coaching, who provide football coaching for youngsters in the Bolton area.
Pilates Reformer Clinic.
I am excited to announce that my Pilates Clinic for small group PIlates and Pilates reformer has moved to Summit Physiotherapy, David Lloyd, Chorley.
I am joining the Physiotherapy team at Summit to provide a one stop shop for Pilates rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services.
If you would like to try Pilates Reformer or perhaps fancy a more bespoke service with 1:1 or small group Pilates, do get in touch to book your appointment.
POP UP CARDIO CORE CLASS
Festive Cardio Core class with mince pies and mulled wine.
£7 per person - limited places available, bookings now open.
This class aims to improve your fitness levels. A high intensity, low impact, interval and core class to boost your bone loading exercise, metabolic efficiency, cardiovascular and muscular systems. (Suitable for all levels as modifications and adaptations will be given.)

I am collabortaing with Sally Leech from The Menopuase Club and we will bring you a day packed with information about improving your helath and wellbeing in this life phase.
Sally and I are both 3rd age Woman specialists and are extremely passionate about women's health. We very excited about this one! This is the day every woman needs.
Places will be limited, so early booking is advisable.
Festive Feet Competition 2019.
In true festive tradition, from 1st December, we begin our festive feet competition.
The bar was raised last year, so it is all to play for!
Wear your finest festive socks in December, to class or clinic to be in with a chance to win a free course of Pilates classes in January…. the tackier the better. The winner will be announced on Friday 20th December.
