Thank you for all your hard work, the classes and clinic are buzzing at the minute. It is great to see you all enjoying the benefits of Pilates.
Huge well done to everyone who completed the second block of Cardio Core classes. It is important that we make time to train the cardiovascular system.
These classes are a fun and effective way to workout. You are given low and high impact options to ensure that this class is suitable for all levels.
The next block starts again in September. For anyone interested in signing up, all the details can be found on the classes page of the website.

Retreat To The Country
This is going to be fab! I am collaborating with Nicola Kelly from Meridian Health for a mind/body retreat day at the most idyllic location. The beautiful Outbarn is situated near Clitheroe.
We were blown away by the venue, it is the perfect location to allow you to switch off and immerse yourself. All you can hear and see for miles around is the sights and sounds of the countryside.
Places are filling up fast. The retreat is open to all, if you would like to book, do get in touch.

Continued Professional Development.
I am really looking forward to my 3 day course with Anatomy Trains this month.
We will be learning more about myofascial chains from a theoretical and practical perspective.
This will undoubtedly take my knowledge around fascia and movement to the next level.

The Healthy Breakfast Show - 102.8 Chorley FM.
Join me on Saturday 18th August for an action packed show. I will be chatting nutrition with Oliver from Chorley's new healthy eating cafe ; Lean and Green.
We will be taking a 2 week break from classes.
Before we break up, I will give you homework to ensure that you have plenty to practice before we return again in September.
